2017 Alarm Registration Information 
Alarm Registration & Information form 2017 should be completed by March 31

The Allendale Police Department wishes to remind residents and business owners that Borough Ordinance 82-5 requires that you register your alarm annually.  To do so, complete the Allendale Police Information Form (this information is for police department use only) and the Alarm Registration Form provided. The form set is available for download here.

Please note that failing to properly register an alarm system with the Police Department may result in fines and penalties up to $1,000.  If you have any questions, please contact PO Hubbard at 201‑825‑1900 or email shubbard@allendalepd.org.
