PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., the Borough of Allendale will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ono the Second Floor of the Allendale Municipal Building, 500 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, New Jersey 07401.  The Borough of Allendale will also livestream the meeting via Teams Platform.

This Special Meeting was not included on the Borough of Allendale’s annual schedule of meetings for 2026 previously filed and published.

At this Special Meeting, the governing body will propose to adopt three Resolutions:

RES 26-187: 
AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE EAST ALLENDALE AVE SEWER REHABILITATION.

RES 26-188:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE NJDEP TREATMENT WORKS APPROVAL (WQM-003-T) CERTIFICATIONS FOR TOLL NJ I, LLC.

RES 26-189:
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SETTLEMENT TERM SHEET WITH TOLL NJ I, LLC
