Allendale Snow Policies

• There is no parking in Borough streets during snow events (Ord. 252-81).
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks within a 24 hour period after end of snowfall (Ord. 233-27).
• Do not deposit snow or ice on the streets (Ord. 233-28).
• A fire hydrant should be cleared of snow in a 3′ circle around the fire hydrant to the ground.
• Recycling Center will be closed during snow events.
• Place curbside garbage where it can be seen and collected safely.
