The Borough of Allendale adopted Resolution 25-71: RESOLUTION COMMITTING TO COMPLY WITH PRESENT NEED REHAB OBLIGATION AND THE ROUND 4 PROSPECTIVE NEED. That resolution will be attached to a declaratory relief lawsuit that is filed on January 24, 2025.
